I was pretty excited for Christmas this year, not for any gift I might be getting but because it was Nixon's 1st Christmas! He's still to young to understand the excitement of Christmas but I was plenty excited for him.
A must do on my list was to have Nixon sit on Santa's lap. I was told getting a picture taken with Santa at the mall isn't cheap, so I was counting on the good ole ward party for that picture moment. We weren't able to go to our ward party so we tagged along with Lance's brother and family to their ward party where I was promised a Santa would be there. :)

| My Christmas gifts from Lance. He got me pepper spray and the picture is of a quilt rack he planned on building for me. Why pepper spray you ask? Well I clean Lance's work building and I usually do it at night by myself, so Lance wanted to make sure I had something to keep me safe. Such a sweetheart. :) |
